Being Happy – Yes, we can be happier! Happiness is a state of mind. There are triggers that create a state of happiness or unhappiness in the mind. There are four broad categories that are the pillars of happiness. Learn what those pillars are and how to strengthen them.

How we breathe and what we breathe impacts all aspects of our health. Yet, we take breathing for granted. Most people don’t even know that there are right and wrong ways of breathing.
In this program you will learn the physiology of breathing process. You will also learn essential breathing techniques from eastern Pranayama to US Navy Seals box breathing training to improve your health. You will also learn how to use specific breathing methods to help in many respiratory conditions including common colds, persistent coughs, sinus blockages and more.
